Since my first encounter
with the biggest, slobbery kiss I had ever received, it
touched my heart and soul,
the gentleness of this giant ....the Newfoundland.
The year was 1968.
Since then we have raised,
rescued and placed numerous dogs (cats and birds)
in wonderful loving homes.
Temperment and health are vital to any breed.
We can not stress enough,
the importance of these two issues.
